clasificaci\u00f3n ISO 14644-1 de cuartos limpios, es fundamental comprender en detalle c\u00f3mo se generan, transportan y eliminan las part\u00edculas en entornos complejos. Nuestro avanzado modelo de Simulaciones de Din\u00e1mica de Fluidos Computacional (CFD), implementado con la plataforma CFD l\u00edder del sector STAR-CCM+, incorpora el modelo de contaminaci\u00f3n por part\u00edculas validado por SEQUENCE para simular la carga de part\u00edculas realista proveniente del personal y los procesos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2261b2;\"><strong>Optimizaci\u00f3n de las distribuciones del tiempo de residencia del aire<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Incluso cuando los sistemas de suministro y retorno de aire est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para estar perfectamente balanceados, en los cuartos limpios pueden desarrollarse zonas en donde el aire queda atrapado o recircula, creando \u00e1reas muertas que permiten la acumulaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas. Estas zonas suelen ser extremadamente dif\u00edciles de detectar sin modelos avanzados. Gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n OPIA-SEQUENCE, hemos desarrollado herramientas CFD que integran mediciones reales del flujo de aire con simulaciones de alta fidelidad.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2261b2;\"><strong>Soluci\u00f3n de problemas relacionados con la calidad del aire<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Picos inesperados en la concentraci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas pueden interrumpir las operaciones y poner en riesgo el cumplimiento normativo. Nuestro marco de diagn\u00f3stico basado en CFD aplica las mismas herramientas de modelado avanzadas utilizadas en la optimizaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o para investigar las causas de los eventos que afectan la calidad del aire. Mediante simulaciones CFD detalladas, evaluamos las condiciones t\u00e9rmicas seg\u00fan la norma de confort t\u00e9rmico ASHRAE 55. El modelo predice la distribuci\u00f3n de la temperatura, la velocidad del flujo de aire y los par\u00e1metros de confort locales en todo el cuarto limpio, lo que ayuda a garantizar que las estrategias de gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica favorezcan tanto el confort de los trabajadores como la estabilidad del proceso sin comprometer la calidad del aire.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2261b2;\"><strong>Eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y optimizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Los cuartos limpios se encuentran entre los entornos que consumen m\u00e1s energ\u00eda en la manufactura moderna. Los enfoques de dise\u00f1o tradicionales suelen basarse en par\u00e1metros conservadores, como un alto n\u00famero de renovaciones de aire por hora y cascadas de presi\u00f3n estrictas, lo que puede generar un consumo energ\u00e9tico innecesario. Esto permite a las instalaciones optimizar el flujo de aire y las estrategias de ventilaci\u00f3n, garantizando que el aire se distribuya con precisi\u00f3n donde se necesita, reduciendo la demanda energ\u00e9tica y manteniendo el control de la contaminaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento normativo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2261b2;\"><strong>Reducci\u00f3n de riesgos en plantas de esterilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Las instalaciones de esterilizaci\u00f3n que utilizan \u00f3xido de etileno (ETO) dependen de una gesti\u00f3n de seguridad rigurosa para garantizar la seguridad de su personal.
